Service Description
Our Individuals Training provides the perfect balance of development and application through focusing on your individual needs while learning to apply it practically in a competitive small group environment. Coached by our founder Jadon Cohee, each 1 hour session is geared towards improving your skills on the court, which may include: >skills development >practicing or correcting your shot >working on in-game scenarios >film study and basketball IQ >conditioning and agility >defensive drills >reading the offence The goal of each session is to build confidence, increase intelligence, and develop discipline in every athlete that enters the lab. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance of the program, training or camp start time will receive a full refund. This will allow us enough time to offer your spot to another athlete. However, cancellations made 24 hours or less of the program, training or camp will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is also available up to 24 hours in advance of the program, training or camp start time.
